Foresight Search was founded by our Managing Director, Jamie Risdale, with a clear vision of becoming a market leading recruiter across the built environment.

Jamie started his career in 2006 in Bristol and progressed to Director in an industry that took him to London, Sydney and back again.  As a consistent top biller throughout his career for both FTSE 100 companies and leading privately owned agencies, he understands the needs of his clients and candidates. This experience has enabled him to pick out the best methodologies, USP’s and sourcing techniques in order to create Foresight Search.
